We offer the possibility to return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt. The customer returns the goods at their own expense. Returned products must not show signs of use and should be sent back in their original packaging. Please note that personalized products are not subject to return or exchange.

For a successful return or exchange, it is necessary to complete the return/exchange form. Completing and including the form guarantees efficient processing of the return.

Funds for the returned order will be refunded in the same form in which the order was paid for.

Pursuant to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, all personalized products are excluded from the possibility of return.
