TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WEDWED ONLINE STORE

On this page, you will find the store regulations, containing the most important information regarding purchases, payments, delivery, returns, and complaints. We encourage you to read its content to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.

§1 General Provisions

  1. The WED WED online store, available at www.wedwed.pl, is operated by Olga Wasiak, conducting business under the name MBD Olga Wasiak, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), NIP: 5222812215, REGON: 140510385 (hereinafter: "Seller").
  2. The Regulations define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, fulfilling orders, and the rules for returns and complaints.
  3. Every Customer is obliged to read the Regulations before placing an order.

§2 Definitions

  1. Seller - the entity operating the WED WED online store, whose details are provided in §1 of the Regulations.
  2. Store - the online store operated by the Seller at www.wedwed.pl.
  3. Customer - any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit making a purchase through the Store.
  4. Consumer - a natural person making a purchase in the Store for a purpose not directly related to their business or professional activity.
  5. Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights - a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it does not have a professional character for them.
  6. Product - an item offered in the Store, especially handmade wedding accessories, personalized products, and ready-made accessories.
  7. Personalized Product - a Product made according to the Customer's specifications or intended to meet their individual needs.
  8. Order - the Customer's declaration of intent aimed at concluding a Sales Agreement, placed through the Store.
  9. Sales Agreement - a distance contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller, the subject of which is the purchase of a Product.

§4 General Information

  1. The Seller makes every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the Store, but is not responsible for any disruptions, including interruptions in its operation, resulting from independent reasons, such as force majeure, actions of third parties, or technical problems on the Customer's side.
  2. Browsing the Store's assortment does not require setting up an Account. Placing orders is possible both after registration and without it – by providing the necessary data to enable order fulfillment.
  3. All prices given in the Store are expressed in Polish Zlotys (PLN) and are gross prices, including VAT.
  4. The total value of the order includes the product price and the delivery cost, of which the Customer is informed at the stage of placing the order, before its finalization.
  5. The Store does not sell services, but only physical products.

§5 Product Information

  1. All products offered in the Store are new - with the exception of vintage products.
  2. Handmade products may differ slightly from each other, which results from their nature and does not constitute a defect in the product.
  3. Product colors may vary depending on screen settings - this is not a basis for complaint.
  4. In the case of personalized products, the Customer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided (e.g., content, names, dates).

§6 Placing Orders

  1. The Sales Agreement is concluded after the Customer places an order through the online Store.
  2. After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirming its acceptance for processing. Upon receipt of the confirmation, the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller is concluded.
  3. In the case of choosing payment by bank transfer, electronic payments, or payment card, the Customer is obliged to make the payment within 24 hours from the moment of placing the order. In the absence of payment, the order may be canceled.
  4. Order fulfillment begins after the payment is credited and - in the case of personalized products - after the Customer provides complete data necessary for its execution.
  5. The product is shipped within the period indicated in the product description or resulting from the nature of the order, taking into account the fulfillment time specified in the Regulations.

§7 Payments

§8 Order Fulfillment

  1. Fulfillment time for ready-made products is usually 2 to 3 business days.
  2. For personalized products, the fulfillment time is indicated in the product description or determined individually and may be up to 14 business days, depending on the nature of the order.
  3. A prerequisite for starting fulfillment is the Customer providing complete and correct data necessary for the order to be executed. The Seller is not responsible for errors resulting from the information provided.
  4. In the case of products related to a specific event date (e.g., place cards, table plans), the Customer is obliged to place the order with sufficient advance notice to allow for timely fulfillment.
  5. Orders are processed in the order of their payment, taking into account express orders.

§9 Shipping

  1. Orders are fulfilled via InPost.
  2. Delivery time depends on the carrier and usually takes up to 2 business days within Poland and up to 5 business days within the European Union.
  3. Delivery cost depends on the chosen method and is indicated during the order placement.
  4. The Customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment upon receipt.

§10 Express Shipping

  1. It is possible to select an express order fulfillment option, which involves giving priority to the order in the production and preparation for shipment process.
  2. The express fulfillment service is subject to an additional charge of 30% of the order value, which is added to the total order amount.
  3. If this option is selected, the order is fulfilled first, bypassing the standard fulfillment queue.
  4. The maximum fulfillment time for an express order is up to 7 business days and is counted from the moment payment is credited and (in the case of personalized products) complete data necessary for order fulfillment is provided.

§11 Right of Withdrawal from the Agreement

  1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, without giving any reason.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should inform the Seller of their decision by sending an appropriate statement electronically or by mail to the contact details provided in the Regulations.
  3. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline.
  4. In case of withdrawal from the Agreement:
    a. The Agreement is considered void,
    b. The Seller shall return all received payments, including the cost of the cheapest offered delivery, no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the statement,
    c. The refund is made using the same payment method as used for the purchase, unless the Customer agrees to a different solution.
  5. The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned product is received or confirmation of its return is provided - whichever occurs first.
  6. The Consumer is obliged to return the product immediately, no later than 14 days from the day of informing about the withdrawal from the agreement. The cost of return is borne by the Consumer.
  7. The right of withdrawal from the agreement does not apply to personalized products, i.e., those made according to the Customer's specifications or intended to meet their individual needs.
  8. The Consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from using it in a manner exceeding what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
  9. It is recommended that the returned product be properly secured for transport, if possible in its original packaging.
  10. In case of improper securing of the shipment, the Seller is not responsible for damages incurred during return transport.

§12 Complaints

  1. The Customer has the right to submit a complaint regarding the purchased Product.
  2. Complaints should be submitted electronically to the email address: contact@wedwed.pl.
  3. The quantity and type of ordered products are binding and result from the order placed by the Customer.
  4. In the case of personalized products (including place cards, welcome signs, and other accessories), the Seller is not responsible for errors resulting from data provided by the Customer.
  5. Complaints regarding content or personalization can only be considered if the delivered product does not conform to the order placed by the Customer.
  6. If a complaint is accepted, the Seller undertakes to repair, re-make the product, or refund the payment - depending on the nature of the defect.
  7. Complaints regarding damage incurred during transport should be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment.
  8. The complained product should be returned properly secured against damage. Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted.
  9. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt. Failure to respond within this period means that the complaint is considered accepted.
  10. The Seller reserves the right to suspend order fulfillment in situations beyond its control, such as force majeure or unavailability of materials.
  11. The Consumer has the option to use out-of-court dispute resolution methods for complaints and claims, including through the ODR platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

§13 Copyright

  1. Content placed in the Store, including photos, product descriptions, graphics, and other materials, are subject to copyright and are protected in accordance with applicable law.
  2. All materials made available in the Store are the exclusive property of the Seller and may not be copied, distributed, or used without the prior consent of the Seller.
  3. Products offered in the Store, including personalized products, constitute the intellectual property of the Seller.
  4. The purchase of a Product does not imply the transfer of any copyrights to the Customer regarding materials, designs, or content related to the Product.
  5. The Seller reserves the right to mark its products and materials with the WED WED company logo.

§14 Personal Data

  1. The administrator of Customers' personal data is the Seller.
  2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, processing payments, and delivering products.
  3. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the conclusion and fulfillment of the Sales Agreement.
  4. The Customer has the right to access, rectify, request erasure, restrict processing, and object to the processing of their personal data, in accordance with applicable law.

§15 Final Provisions

  1. Due to differences in screen settings, the presented product colors may differ slightly from the actual ones. These differences do not constitute a product defect and cannot be the basis for a complaint.
  2. Handmade products may differ slightly from each other. These differences result from the nature of handmade production and do not constitute a product defect.
  3. Any individual arrangements between the Customer and the Seller require electronic message form.
  4. The Seller reserves the right to introduce changes to these Regulations for important reasons, in particular in the event of changes in legal provisions, payment or delivery methods, as well as organizational changes related to the functioning of the Store.
  5. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights.
  6. These Regulations are effective from the date of their publication on the Store's website and apply to all orders placed from that moment.
